  1. How do sales work?

    It is completely free to sell on Lapapo. We only charge a commission once we help you make a sale.

    We operate two models of sales. One being the Marketplace and the second Drop shipping.

    Marketplace Model

    • To provide parents easy access to your products, we offer buyers a variety of payment options, including PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
    • To ensure a smooth transaction, we accept the payment on the site first and deposit it to your selected payment method.
    • When a sale is made, you will be notified by email. Payment will then be deposited into your account according to your preferred method.
    • You can select to have payments deposited through PayPal or direct bank transfer.

    Drop Shipping Model

    • In the drop shipping model we take orders from buyers through Lapapo. We then place the order with the given provider to ship to the customer. Please contact us to find out more about this option.
  2. Why do I have to pay transaction fees?

    At Lapapo we work hard to get your products out to parents. This includes placing ads on various sites including Google, Facebook and other social media. We also work to create social events where parents are able to see a list of your products. The small transaction fee helps with these methods to ensure you make a sale.

  3. How do I see the sales that I have made?

    You can find information about the sales you have made in your account page. This is under the tab stating My Sales. You can also print shipping labels and mark the item as shipped from this page.

  4. How do I view my shop page?

    You can view your shop page by either going to the home page and selecting view shop or going to My Account > Shop Settings > View Shop
