This nappy is more environmentally friendly than disposable swimmers. This is because it is a non-disposable nappy. This makes it easy to reuse countless times. It is designed to help contain up to 98% of bacteria associated with recreational water illnesses. This means that any soiling will be contained within the nappy.

The swimster swim nappy for toddlers is designed not to absorb or contain liquid. This swim nappy  doesn’t contain the liquid of incontinence it holds all solids. It can fit comfortably and discreetly under a swimsuit. This nappy is also machine washable and it can hang dry.

Please note, it may not always be possible to cancel orders, especially as they may be shipped the same day. Orders cancelled before dispatch - will incur a charge of 3% of total cost of order if paid via Shopify and 4% is paid via PAYPAL.

Shipping Policy

We are based in England, United Kingdom.
We will dispatch orders the next working day (subject to stock availability) with packing list and returns information. Therefore allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the time you order (UK ONLY).
Delivery Schedule
• Orders are shipped the next working day(subject to availability of stock)
• Customer will receive an email once the order is placed and again when order is shipped with tracking number if applicable.
• No shipping on UK public or bank holidays.
• Overseas orders will take longer arrive.

Return Policy

Returns
All goods must be returned with 14 days of receiving them. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item/s must not be worn, soiled, used, submerged in water. All product packaging must be in good condition and returned. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Disposable goods such as nappy liners and disposable swim briefs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
All undelivered orders will be charged £2.70 - these are orders that are returned because they could not be delivered - by RM or courier.
Damage product packaging replacement fee is £1.50 per product.
If the product packaging is not in resellable condition and needs replacing and we are able to replace it then the fee is chargeable. If we are not able to replace it then we cannot process a refund for the product.
